You really can't go wrong with Mining Syndicate! Sure, things haven't been all smooth sailing; we kicked off a bit slow because of a mix-up with the deployment date (about 30 days) and a change from my original hosting location. But honestly, DD has been fantastic in sorting everything out and getting me up and running. The crypto world can feel like the wild, wild west, and my past experiences with other companies have been terrible, but not with MS. They've been super open about their operations, hosting sites, energy costs, and any curtailments. It's a tough bear market, and while things aren't ideal, they're doing their best to be a trustworthy partner so we can weather the storm together. If I had to do it all again, I would have given all my business to MS.

I got a miner and hosting from this company at the tail end of 2021. Initially, everything was going great. That smooth ride lasted for about two months. Then I started to see my miner, which was supposed to be at 72th, dropping and occasionally going offline. Each time, I had to reach out via email since they didn’t seem to be keeping an eye on it. After a couple of weeks offline, they offered a loaner. It was hashing in the 50-60th range, and after a few days, it just stopped hashing altogether. Did they pull it without letting me know? I sent another email and found out my miner, still under warranty, was sent off for repairs. A few weeks later, it came back online but only lasted less than a day before hashing went to zero again. I sent several more emails and was promised my miner would be fixed and back up. Then the replies turned into, 'I’ll check on it and get back to you.' Now, I don’t even get a courtesy reply to my emails. I’ve always been polite and friendly in my messages, even when I was feeling a bit frustrated.

I first crossed paths with Matthew during a tour in February. After being duped by some shady character on Facebook marketplace, I was super cautious. Matthew was awesome and addressed all my queries. I decided to purchase two S19s and an L7. The L7 took a long time to show up, but I was aware from the Bitmain updates that the entire sector was facing delays. I got everything set up in a couple of weeks and have been hashing away smoothly since then. I'm considering grabbing an S19 XP if these prices keep up... Great company to deal with.

It's clear to me that the same individual is behind those negative reviews... Mining syndicate is FANTASTIC! They keep me updated on power curtailments and reach out whenever maintenance is going on. They even bought a miner back from me when I asked. (Nothing was wrong with the miner; I just didn't want to deal with power fees in BTC and needed some cash). Those negative reviews are likely from newcomers in the mining world who don't know what a truly bad mining experience feels like.
